• Perform civil and structural engineering duties in planning, designing, and reviewing construction and maintenance of residential and commercial building structures and facilities as well as public facilities structures.

• Prepare structural calculation packages with the aid of analysis software, liaise closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and governmental reviewers for permits.

• Monitor, administer and inspect all work by contractors to ensure structural soundness, inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations.

• Perform regular site visits to document structural conditions, prepare technical field reports detailing findings with recommendations for remediation, repairs, and soils investigation.

 

The position of the Structural Engineer is a key link to our continued success of the business operation. We prefer a candidate with the academic training in civil engineering in a Master’s degree program or equivalent with 6-12 months related experience, proficient with AutoCAD and other professional software for engineering, good written and verbal communication abilities, including preparing and giving presentations.
